Annex

Annex, located on Quay Street in Manchester's iconic Spinningfields district, underwent a CAT A+ refurbishment. This project resulted in the creation of several fully-fitted and furnished floors dedicated to communal space and workspace. These spaces boast distinctive features, including an indoor atrium and custom booth seating. The design intention was to merge ultra-modern workspace aesthetics with natural elements and materials, crafting a standout boutique working environment.
